Selection Process

- TGT Marks Distribution: UG Qualification (40), B.Ed (5), Higher Qualification (10), CTET/UPTET Score (5), Teaching Experience (15)
- Interview: Assesses teaching skills, communication, personality, ICT skills, and general awareness.
