Selection Process
The selection will be based on three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective type)
- Main Written Examination (Subjective type)
- Interview (Personality Test)
Preliminary Examination Details
- Offline OMR Based
- Subjects: General Studies and Law
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 45% for General category, 40% for reserved categories
- Duration: Paper 1 - 1.5 Hours, Paper 2 - 2 Hours
Main Examination Details
The Main Exam consists of compulsory and optional papers with descriptive answers.
- Compulsory Papers: General Hindi, General English, General Knowledge, Elementary Science, Law of Evidence & Procedure
- Optional Papers: Choose any three from Constitutional Law, Hindu & Muhammadan Law, Law of Transfer Property, Law of Contracts & Torts, Commercial Law
- Each paper duration: 3 hours
Interview
- Total Marks: 100
- Minimum qualifying marks: 35%
- Candidates qualifying the Main Exam will be called for Interview in 1:3 ratio
