- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma from AICTE approved institution
- Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university or AICTE-approved institution
- Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)
- Recognized qualification in Silk Technology or Silk Management from AICTE approved institute
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Leather Technology from recognized university or institution
