Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years as on 30 April 2026

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) only. There will be no interview.
- Exam Pattern: Two papers in a single 3-hour session
- Paper-I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English (100 questions)
- Paper-II: Professional knowledge related to the discipline (100 questions)
- No negative marking for incorrect answers
Salary and Service Bond
Selected candidates will join as Management Trainees in E-1 grade, earning a starting salary of ₹60,000 per month during the one-year training period, with allowances.
A service bond of ₹3 Lakhs is mandatory, requiring candidates to serve for 5 years. Monthly salary deductions of ₹5,000 will be refunded after completion of the bond period.
