Eligibility Criteria
| Qualification | Applicants must hold a valid University degree and must be non-recommended candidates from UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 (CSE-2024). |

Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following stages:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on UPSC CSE 2024 marks (Mains + Personality Test) in a 1:5 ratio.
- Qualified candidates will appear for a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) which is qualifying in nature and consists of 100 marks.
- The CPT tests skills in word processing, spreadsheet management, and slide presentation preparation.
