Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Stage 1: English Typing Test (Qualifying) - Minimum 40 w.p.m. in 10 minutes with up to 3% permissible errors.
- Stage 2: English Shorthand Test - 110 w.p.m. for SPA and 100 w.p.m. for PA, followed by transcription.
- Stage 3: Main Descriptive Examination - Includes essay, letter writing, grammar, comprehension, and translation.
- Stage 4: Interview - Final merit based on shorthand, main exam, and interview marks.
Note: No exemption for PwBD candidates in typing or shorthand tests. No scribe or extra time allowed.
