Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
- Stage 1: Written Examination (Online CBT) of 100 marks with objective multiple-choice questions lasting 2 hours.
- Stage 2: Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test which varies by post:
- Van Rakshak / Kshetra Rakshak: Walking Test (Male: 25 km in 4 hrs, Female: 14 km in 4 hrs)
- Jail Prahari: Physical Measurement + 800m Race + Shot Put
- Sahayak Jail Adhikshak: Physical Measurement + 800m Race + Long Jump + Shot Put
- Final merit list will be prepared based on written exam marks of candidates who qualify physical test.
