Selection Process
The selection for Ordinance Factory Kanpur Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following stages:

Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis with a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 18,000/- as per 7th CPC Level-1. Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay will be given subject to satisfactory performance.
