Selection Process
The selection will be based on the candidate's last drawn gross salary, relevant work experience, academic performance in B.Tech, and interview performance. Extra weightage will be given for candidates with M.Tech and experience in Indian Railways, Central PSU, State PSU, or Government Departments.

- Download and fill the application form (Annexure-I) in block letters using a blue pen.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, category certificate (if applicable), photo ID, address proof, last 3 months payslips, Form-16 for FY 2025-26, and 4 recent passport size photographs.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/PSU must provide NOC or apply through proper channel.
- Send the filled application and documents via email to site.engg.rlda@gmail.com.
- Also send a physical copy to RLDA Office at Unit No. 702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II, DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110002.
